About the position

The Network Assessment and Onboarding Specialist at Les Olson Company is a key role within the Managed IT sales team, responsible for managing the onboarding process of new clients. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in networking and system administration, along with strong customer service skills to ensure a smooth transition for clients into the company's IT services. Responsibilities

• Manage new client onboarding from beginning to end
• Communicate clearly in technical or non-technical terms as required
• Understand client needs, processes, and goals
• Assist clients via email, text, phone, and remote support sessions
• Identify ways to improve client experiences
• Collaborate effectively with team members to solve problems
• Deliver a world-class client experience

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in system administration, network administration, or IT engineering
• Intermediate knowledge of routing and switching, troubleshooting technologies
• Proficiency with software from vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, Intuit, etc.
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Fundamental firewall knowledge including SSL VPN creation and user accounts
• Ability to build a desktop from components
• Solid customer service abilities including telephone skills
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships at all organizational levels
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Self-starter with follow-through
• Must have a current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record
