About the position

The Network Business Analyst will work closely with clients to gather and analyze business and technical requirements for various IT solutions, particularly in the telecommunications sector. This role involves facilitating meetings, managing multiple projects, and ensuring effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence in Lansing, MI for two days a week, starting from day one.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and present data regarding weekly Service Requests.
• Gather business and technical requirements during client kick-off meetings.
• Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on tasks for integrated projects.
• Manage multiple projects based on Agency assignments.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for IT solutions.
• Identify impacted business processes and determine best process and IT solution integration.
• Facilitate review sessions to discuss projects.
• Disseminate information effectively to technical teams and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience dealing with customers.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a large enterprise setting.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working within a telecommunications environment.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with multiple network platforms.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with multiple network lines of service.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Remedy/Helix is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Excel is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum 1-3 years experience with Clarity is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience with DevOps is preferred.
