About the position

The Network - Business Analyst role involves receiving, processing, and presenting data related to weekly Service Requests in a hybrid work environment. The position is responsible for gathering business and technical requirements during client kickoff meetings and consulting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to complete integrated projects across various Telecommunication services. The analyst will manage multiple projects, facilitate meetings to gather requirements, and ensure effective communication among technical teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and present data regarding weekly Service Requests.
• Gather business and technical requirements during client kickoff meetings.
• Consult with SMEs on tasks required for integrated projects in Telecommunication services.
• Manage multiple projects based on Agency assignments.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for IT solutions.
• Identify impacted business processes and determine best process and IT solution integration.
• Obtain and report business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate review sessions to discuss projects.
• Disseminate information effectively to technical teams, customers, and managers.
• Understand a large and complex network environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years dealing with customers is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years working within a Telecommunications environment is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a large Enterprise setting is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years work experience with multiple network platforms is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years working with multiple network lines of service is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with Remedy/Helix is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Project and Excel is required.
• Organization and Prioritization skills are mandatory.
• Communication and Interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Previous experience working with multiple agencies and/or vendors and/or departments in an enterprise environment is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum 1-3 years experience with Clarity is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience with DevOps is preferred.
