About the position

The Sr. Network Business Analyst at GSK Solutions Inc. is responsible for managing and analyzing network-related service requests and projects within a hybrid work environment. This role involves gathering business and technical requirements, facilitating meetings with clients, and consulting with subject matter experts to ensure effective integration of IT solutions across various telecommunication services. The analyst will work closely with multiple network platforms and must possess strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and present data regarding weekly Service Requests.
• Gather business and technical requirements during client kick-off meetings.
• Consult with Subject Matter Experts on tasks required for integrated projects.
• Manage multiple projects based on agency assignments.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for IT solutions.
• Disseminate information effectively to technical teams and managers.
• Work with multiple network platforms including WAN, WLAN, MLAN, Security, and Telephony.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years experience with Remedy/Helix.
• 3-5 years experience in a Telecommunications environment.
• 3-5 years experience with multiple network platforms.
• 3-5 years experience in a large Enterprise setting.
• 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.
• 5+ years of customer interaction experience.

Nice-to-haves

• 1-3 years experience with Clarity.
• 2-3 years experience with DevOps.
