About the position

The Network Business Analyst (BA) plays a vital role in connecting business needs with technology solutions. This position involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying affected processes, and recommending effective IT solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with various teams, including clients and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for IT solutions.
• Identify impacted business processes and determine the best integration strategies.
• Obtain and report detailed business and technical requirements.
• Lead review sessions to discuss project progress and outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Work with various network platforms, such as WAN, MLAN, WLAN, Security, Voice, and Videoconferencing.
• Disseminate information effectively to technical teams, clients, and technical managers.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of large, complex network environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with multiple agencies, vendors, and departments in an enterprise environment.
• Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Clarity.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with DevOps.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Remedy/Helix.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Telecommunications environment.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a large Enterprise setting.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with multiple network platforms.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with multiple network lines of service.
