About the position

The Network Business Analyst will support a Public Sector client in Lansing, MI, focusing on enhancing network operations and facilitating communication between various agencies and departments. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple agencies, vendors, and departments to gather requirements and improve network services.
• Utilize Microsoft Project and Excel for project management and reporting.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Support the implementation and management of network platforms and services.
• Assist in the use of Clarity for project tracking and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience dealing with customers.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Telecommunications environment.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a large Enterprise setting.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with multiple network platforms.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with multiple network lines of service.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Remedy/Helix.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Clarity (preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with DevOps (preferred).
