About the position

The Network Cash Reconciliation Specialist at Dolphin Debit is responsible for managing the cash reconciliation process for ATMs, ensuring accurate tracking of cash flow from fill orders to unloads. This role involves continuous monitoring and updating of ATM-level reconciliations, addressing discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments to maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Follow the path of the money from the cash fill order until the unload of the ATM.
  • Update ATM level reconciliation continuously to track CIT company replenishments and cash turnover differences.
  • Check the daily arrival of CIT reports in the mailbox.
  • Verify if CIT reports have been processed to the EBO daily.
  • Ensure the correctness of CIT reports data matching in EBO and correct any mistakes manually.
  • Reconcile CIT data with Euronet system data, using Electronic Journal data if necessary to detect differences and inaccuracies.
  • Identify and verify reasons for ATM-level surpluses and shortages from reconciliation using Electronic Journal data.
  • Create and follow up ERM tickets regarding discrepancies and mistakes.
  • Recover missing files and/or data necessary for reconciliation.
  • Maintain contact with Finance Operations groups and other related departments to ensure cooperation in resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist the Network Cash Reconciliation Team Leader in problem-solving.

  • 1-2 years of professional office experience and client-facing responsibilities required.
