This position is crucial for supporting our customers with engineering work related to Cisco hardware, including switches, routers, WAN/LAN, SDWAN, and WLANs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering and will be responsible for managing incidents, performing periodic updates on customer devices, and ensuring compliance with change control processes. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Network Data Engineer will also be involved in designing custom VLANs and migrating services to IPV6, showcasing their expertise in IP routing and subnets. In addition to technical responsibilities, the Network Data Engineer will be expected to build custom reports, perform on-site and remote health checks, and support escalation needs as they arise.
