• Mentor network support teams to develop their skills and reinforce best practices.
• Coordinate efforts to mitigate customer impact during network events across regions.
• Work on operational readiness, software development, and testing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with major internet routing protocols.
• 4+ years of experience working in a Linux/Unix environment.

Nice-to-haves

• 1+ years of experience with automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell, and/or Perl.
