About the position

Spherion Staffing is seeking qualified candidates for several Network Engineer positions available with a regional technology leader specializing in premise networking and cloud products and services. These positions are located in Sioux Falls and Watertown, South Dakota, as well as Grand Forks, North Dakota. It is essential that candidates are local to the SD and ND markets. The Network Engineer role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of products and services from some of the most respected brands in the industry, including HP, Cisco, IBM, Microsoft, Lenovo, Meraki, Aruba, and Ruckus. In this role, the Network Engineer will engage with clients to design, implement, secure, and troubleshoot various networking solutions. Key areas of focus include Windows Server versions 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2022, as well as Windows 10 and 11. The position also involves Wireless Network Design and working with Microsoft Cloud Services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, along with Sonicwall and Cisco Firewalls. The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.   • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle complex problem-solving tasks.
  • Desire to work as part of a team and engage in continuous learning.
