This role is crucial in ensuring that our data, telecommunications, voice, and collaboration technologies operate smoothly and efficiently. You will be expected to resolve technical issues, collaborate with various support groups, and provide recommendations to enhance system performance. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be essential as you work within a team and manage self-directed tasks. In this position, you will handle a variety of responsibilities, including troubleshooting and repairing network issues, providing end-user support, and assisting senior engineers in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies. You will also be involved in creating roadmaps and processes that contribute to the growth of our organization. Participation in on-call rotations is required, and you must be prepared to travel as necessary to fulfill your duties.
