About the position

The Network Engineer II position is designed for individuals with network engineering experience who are eager to learn and apply their skills within a collaborative team environment. The role involves participating in large deployment projects and providing network escalation support, ensuring the successful deployment of new technologies and equipment throughout the network. This position is crucial for maintaining the foundational technologies that support the tech organization, enhancing the overall employee and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an on-call rotation providing network escalation support for Network Operations Center(s)
• Assist in the successful deployment of new equipment and technologies throughout the network
• Collaborate in a team environment, share knowledge, and help provide network solutions that benefit customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, electrical engineering, or related area, or 3 years' experience in large-scale networking environments
• Network engineering experience at large scale
• Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting Versa SDWAN
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Attention to detail, ability to clearly communicate ideas verbally and in writing.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience in creating inclusive digital experiences
• CISCO Certification.
