About The Position
The position involves providing technical support to the IT Infrastructure division and hospital network users, ensuring high availability of voice, data, and video services. The role requires administration and configuration of networking technology, including firewalls, VLANs, and wireless networking, to support the hospital's electronic medical record (EMR) system. The individual will monitor network services in a 24x7 environment, troubleshoot issues, and report resolutions to IT management.
