Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership in the planning, investigation, design, and implementation of comprehensive communications solutions that have a network-wide impact. Your responsibilities will encompass the overall integration of service delivery arrangements involving Local Area Networks (LANs), Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs), and Wide-Area Networks (WANs). This includes the planning, design, installation, maintenance, management, and coordination of agency LAN/MAN/WAN interfaces with the customer's telecommunications service providers. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be tasked with planning, designing, implementing, testing, and supporting network solutions across multiple platforms. You will conduct security audits and assessments to ensure the integrity and security of the network. Additionally, you will develop detailed network design diagrams and documentation to support the implementation and maintenance of network systems. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing the implementation and troubleshooting activities, reviewing and approving changes to the design, and documenting the installed systems.
