About the position

The Network Engineer with CCIE Service Provider role at Tanisha Systems involves leading engagements and providing escalation support for large-scale solutions and complex issues, particularly in the context of 5G deployment. The position requires deep technical expertise in MPLS networks and a CCIE Service Provider certification. The engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and collaborating with various teams to ensure operational readiness of customer 5G infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engagements and provide escalation support for large-scale solutions and complex issues.
  • Train escalation best practices to support 5G deployment.
  • Create and disseminate technical collateral, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Provide technical expertise in documenting and resolving technical problems in products, software, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering/DevOps teams to identify, diagnose, triage, and correct complex issues.
  • Assist in building support and incident response options for customer 5G infrastructure.
  • Identify key maintenance areas such as hardware capabilities and software anomaly thresholds.
  • Assist in creating vendor support issues and best practice use of change management.
  • Work with Engineering teams to address systemic product, software, and solution issues.

Requirements

  • CCIE Service Provider Certification
  • Experience with MPLS networks
  • Deep technical expertise in 5G technology
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents across Cisco and AWS technologies
  • Experience in incident escalation resolution
  • Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills
