Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the organization's network infrastructure.
• Ensure network systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with statements of work and administrative tasks related to network management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in network engineering.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
• Industry experience in television (broadcasting), financial, legal, or manufacturing sectors.
• Solid interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain good client relationships.
• Highly motivated and self-directed, with a proactive approach to helping clients.
• Understanding of LAN switching and routing protocols (STP, EIGRP, OSPF).
• Experience with WAN design, including SD-WAN (BGP).
• Knowledge of firewalls (FirePower FTD, ASA's) and wireless technologies (WiFi-5, WiFi-6, WiFi-6e).
• Excellent network troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with IP Fabric for Media.
• Knowledge of multicast protocols.
• Familiarity with Nexus Dashboard - VXLAN / EVPN and Fabric Controller.
• Understanding of network security principles.
• Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
• Proficiency in scripting languages.
