About the position

Insight Global is seeking a Network Engineer to support our SDWAN hardware refresh project. This role involves assisting in the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of SDWAN routers across our 600+ offices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on network experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure a smooth and successful deployment. The Network Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring that our network infrastructure is robust and efficient, enabling seamless connectivity across all locations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with various teams to implement network solutions that meet the needs of the organization. The successful candidate will be expected to engage in problem-solving and provide technical support to ensure that all network operations run smoothly. Additionally, the role may involve training and mentoring junior staff members, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration of SDWAN routers across multiple locations.
• Deploy SDWAN hardware in over 600 offices.
• Troubleshoot network issues related to SDWAN deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful network implementation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience with SDWAN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale network hardware deployments.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Strong IP Routing and Switching skills, preferably with Cisco knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of VoIP Communication.
• Experience with network and application troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
