Key Responsibilities:
* Under limited supervision, performs one or more of the following Network Engineering activities: configuration management, system administration, security administration, network administration, development system implementation, production system implementation.
* Responds to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software and implements resolution across technology areas.
* Supports multiple systems simultaneously, and provides leadership for large project efforts.
* Provide support or lead activities related to change management, outage management and/or project management.
* Provide LAN/WLAN/WAN support as needed, Oversight, Engineering Relationship, Field Service relationship, Collaboration among team.
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience working in support of Cisco ACI networks
* High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with the following applications:
* SharePoint, Advanced Smartsheet, Excel, Visio Viewer, Word, OneNote, Secure CRT, ServiceMax, PDSM, Teams
* Experience with and understanding of the following
* 802.1Q, Access Control Lists, Access Points, CDP/LLDP, DHCP, DNS, EtherChannel, HSRP, IPv4, IPv6, MPLS, NAT, Network device configuration, Network troubleshooting, NTP, NXOS/IOS, Port Security, Routing Protocols (BGP, EIGRP), SD-WAN, Smartsheet, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), Subnetting, TCP/UDP, TFTP/FTP, Virtual Port Channel, VLANs, VOIP, VRRP, WAN/LAN, WiFi, Wireless Security Protocols
* Experience with and understanding of Network device management access including Telnet, SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, console, TACACS+/RADIUS)
* Experience with multi-mode, single-mode fiber, fiber connector types, and copper cabling
* Experience with Cisco Modules such as NIM, PVDM, SFP, QSFP
* CCNA or CCNP Certification
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
