About the position

Insight Global is seeking two Network Engineers to join a large financial company's Enterprise Network Team. The role involves supporting both project-related tasks and daily operations, focusing on network environments and firewall support. The engineers will provide technical assistance, training, and collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze requirements and recommend design solutions. A Public Trust Clearance is required for this position, which offers an hourly rate between $50 and $70.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support across multiple network environments.
• Assist with firewall support and maintenance.
• Train and provide technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and system owners to gather requirements.
• Analyze cost/benefit requirements and recommend design solution options.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Network Engineering, maintaining network monitoring systems.
• Experience designing and implementing Next Generation Firewalls using Palo Alto or similar technology.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and supporting multi-cloud environments.
• Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent.
• Any Cisco certifications are a plus.
• Any AWS certifications are a plus.
