About the position

The Network Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining a network infrastructure monitoring and alerting strategy to ensure optimal network performance and security. This role involves designing and supporting data center and campus networks, providing operational support for Arista LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure, and ensuring seamless interoperability between various networking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designing and supporting data center and campus networks, including routing, switching, and Wi-Fi.
• Providing operational support for Arista LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Reviewing and optimizing network designs for EVPN, VxLAN, and leaf-spine architectures.
• Deploying and maintaining Arista's NDR and AGNI security solutions.
• Developing a monitoring and alerting strategy for network infrastructure.
• Ensuring seamless interoperability between Arista, Cisco, and Palo Alto networking solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with network technologies and network design.
• Expert knowledge of leaf-spine architectures and VxLAN.
• Experience with Arista or other commercial Wi-Fi platforms.
