About the position

The Network Implementation Engineer will play a crucial role in executing complex configurations and implementations of network infrastructure equipment. This position requires a deep understanding of WAN/LAN technologies and involves working on highly confidential projects related to network technologies such as routers, switches, firewalls, and WLAN controllers. The engineer will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and maintaining documentation for various clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex configurations and implementations of network infrastructure equipment.
• Support infrastructure equipment and provide hardware/software support for network and remote connectivity.
• Create and maintain documentation and diagrams for multiple clients.
• Troubleshoot complex network and voice-related issues.
• Work on highly confidential projects involving configuration, implementation, and migrations of various network technologies.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of core WAN/LAN technologies.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and WLAN controllers.
• Ability to execute complex configurations and implementations.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for network and voice-related issues.
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
