About The Position
The Network Infrastructure Engineer at TEKsystems will be a key member of the Enterprise network team, responsible for both project-related work and day-to-day operational support across various network environments. This role involves providing firewall support, troubleshooting connectivity requests, and participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation. The engineer will work closely with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze solutions, and provide training and technical support to users with varying levels of IT knowledge.
