About the position

The Network Onboarding Specialist at BILL plays a crucial role in the post-sales team by educating and retaining vendors on BILL products. This position focuses on uncovering enhanced partnership opportunities as vendors onboard with the company. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of customer-centric and business-centric mindsets, with a strong emphasis on payment processing knowledge and experience. Responsibilities

• Educate and retain vendors on BILL products.
• Uncover enhanced partnership opportunities during vendor onboarding.
• Make 70+ outbound calls per day to vendors.
• Utilize multi-channel telephony technologies, including chat, web-portal, and phone.
• Manage time effectively while multitasking and prioritizing tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Confident and articulate phone presence and written communication skills.
• Organized and process-oriented with innovative and solution-oriented thinking.
• Experience using Sales & Marketing productivity tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong data entry skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Sales/Marketing or Customer Success/Account Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of credit card processing or POS systems preferred.
• Experience with G-Suite platform is preferred.
