Responsibilities
- Educate and retain vendors on BILL products.
- Uncover enhanced partnership opportunities during vendor onboarding.
- Make 70+ outbound calls per day to vendors.
- Utilize multi-channel telephony technologies, including chat and phone.
- Manage time effectively while multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in sales/marketing or customer success/account management.
- Strong data entry skills and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Confident phone presence and excellent written communication skills.
- Organized and process-oriented with innovative problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of credit card processing or POS systems.
- Experience with G-Suite platform.
- Experience using Sales & Marketing productivity tools.
