Responsibilities

• Educate and retain vendors on BILL products.
• Uncover enhanced partnership opportunities during vendor onboarding.
• Make 70+ outbound calls per day to vendors.
• Utilize multi-channel telephony technologies, including chat and phone.
• Manage time effectively while multitasking and prioritizing tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in sales/marketing or customer success/account management.
• Strong data entry skills and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Confident phone presence and excellent written communication skills.
• Organized and process-oriented with innovative problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of credit card processing or POS systems.
• Experience with G-Suite platform.
• Experience using Sales & Marketing productivity tools.
