About the position
The Network Onboarding Specialist at Bill.com plays a crucial role in educating and retaining vendors on BILL products, while uncovering enhanced partnership opportunities during the onboarding process. This position is integral to the post-sales team, focusing on customer engagement and satisfaction, and offers opportunities for career advancement within a rapidly growing Fintech company.
Responsibilities
- Educate and retain vendors on BILL products.
- Uncover enhanced partnership opportunities during vendor onboarding.
- Make 70+ outbound calls per day to vendors.
- Utilize multi-channel telephony technologies, including chat and phone.
- Manage time effectively while multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Confident and articulate phone presence and written communication skills.
- Organized and process-oriented with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong data entry skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Sales/Marketing or Customer Success/Account Management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of credit card processing or POS systems preferred.
- Experience with G-Suite platform preferred.
