About the position

Responsibilities

• Educate and retain vendors on BILL products.
• Uncover enhanced partnership opportunities during vendor onboarding.
• Make 70+ outbound calls per day to vendors.
• Utilize multi-channel telephony technologies, including chat and phone.
• Manage time effectively while multitasking and prioritizing tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Confident and articulate phone presence and written communication skills.
• Organized and process-oriented with innovative problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong data entry skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Sales/Marketing or Customer Success/Account Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of credit card processing or POS systems preferred.
• Experience with G-Suite platform preferred.
