About the position

The Network Operations Center Analyst 2 at U.S. Bank plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of production systems and the resolution of IT incidents. Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve IT incidents.
• Manage production systems to ensure efficient processing.
• Collaborate with technical support groups to implement new hardware, software, and application technologies.
• Analyze Network Operations Center application and system events using appropriate test structures and diagnostics.
• Take corrective action on system errors and manipulate processing schedules according to established procedures.
• Define and communicate operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Examine and document Network Operations Center standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a data center operating environment and production systems operation.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic understanding of computer operations.
• Experience with hardware infrastructure and IT systems management.
• Knowledge of telecommunications.
• 2 years of experience with IBM Stratus Operation and Programming.
