The Office of Information Technology encourages applications for a Network Operations Center Analyst! The Analyst will join the Operations unit in OIT and with mentorship from senior level staff, this position will determine, maintain and expand switching structure including wireless access points, implement new designs of the network infrastructure, and provide operational support for the existing network infrastructure, installation/support for VoIP and analog services and cable TV services. The person who fills this position needs to be able to work outside normal business hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
