About the position

The Network Operations Engineer Tier III O&M at Applied Network Solutions (ANS) is responsible for supporting various WAN and LAN networks, providing network upgrades and configuration support to the architecture team, and acting as a subject matter expert in WAN and LAN technologies. This role involves tiered support for the network operations centers (NOC) and ensuring the integrity and security of network communications systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the customer's WAN and LAN networks.
• Provide network upgrades and configuration support to the architecture team.
• Act as a subject matter expert in WAN and LAN technologies and vendors.
• Support the customer's intra- and inter-net and other data communications systems.
• Provide tiered support for the network operations centers (NOC).

Requirements

• 16 years of relevant/related experience, which can be a combination of work history and education (Doctorate and 8 years, Masters and 10 years, Bachelors and 12 years, Associates and 14 years, or HS and 16 years).
• Must be compliant with DoD 8570 IAT Level 3.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
