The Network Operations Lead Analyst will drive business results for the team by collaborating with both internal and external partners to support network setup activities for providers. As a Network Operations Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for outlining small projects, network requirements, deliverables, milestones, timelines, decisions, status updates, and the overall success of their assignments, from beginning to end. The Network Operations Lead Analyst is responsible for ensuring the project is delivered timely, within scope. Additionally, the Network Operations Lead Analyst will implement day-to-day retail changes and maintain production, work quality, and performance metrics. Lastly, the Network Operations Lead Analyst is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, supporting organizational values, and implementing waste reduction process improvements. In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day implementation of network and provider configurations, ensuring that Quality Control standards are met. You will successfully analyze and implement provider, contract, and client requirements with a strong focus on operationalizing and maintaining solutions with system functionality. Supporting business direction and project management for small, strategic, and tactical network or contract-related projects and implementations will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will gather and analyze data, document business requirements, track action items, test validation, and provide status reports for projects. Your ability to analyze situations, triage issues into options, and drive appropriate conclusions will be essential. You will define the scope of small projects/implementations, including deliverables, milestones, and timelines, while managing workload for multiple competing priorities. Additionally, you will seek training or mentoring opportunities to reinforce specific concepts and processes regarding client and provider implementations. Working with individuals on personal development will be crucial, as you will recognize process improvement opportunities, implement project deliverables, and improve upon logical thinking skills. You will also develop and maintain training materials, reference guides, work instructions, and/or policies and procedures to ensure successful knowledge transfer and mastery of concepts and processes. Representing Retail Network Operations, you will serve as a subject-matter expert (SME) internally and externally, as needed, for small projects, specific processes, issue resolution, and status updates on requests. Finally, you will provide high-level project and/or process presentations, reports, and timelines to share with various interested parties.
