About the position

Arcfield is seeking a Network Operations Process Analyst to join our team in Herndon, VA. This role is pivotal in developing and improving processes that enhance the efficiency and capabilities of IT Network solutions. The selected candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to streamline the organization's request fulfillment and service delivery capabilities, with a focus on automation. The Network Operations Process Analyst will be responsible for creating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure operational compliance, leading workforce engagement efforts, and providing technical writing and customer engagement support. This position requires a deep understanding of IT Network systems and the ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analytics for IT engineering and service delivery, with a proven track record of collaborating across enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sponsor's organization in championing governance and quality.
• Develop and improve processes to streamline network engineering capabilities.
• Create Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for operational compliance.
• Lead workforce engagement and collaboration efforts.
• Provide technical writing and customer engagement support.
• Engage in human quality assurance for the team.
• Identify challenges, inconsistencies, and gaps in current IT services.
• Convey complex technical topics to individuals and groups with varying levels of expertise.
• Develop and present complex technical documents, procedures, reports, and briefings.
• Identify gaps in capabilities and strategic needs in relation to the strategic direction.
• Propose solutions for strengthening, streamlining, and standardizing processes.

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Expert in process analytics for IT engineering, service delivery, and operations management.
• Proficient in technical writing and customer engagement support.
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and propose efficient fulfillment methods.
• Deep understanding of IT Network systems and supporting network operations applications.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating across enterprise organizations at all levels.
• Strong corporate communication skills, with experience writing for both project and executive audiences.
• Ability to translate requirements into end-to-end designs involving multiple interfaces.
• Analytical and conceptual skills to create original concepts for various projects.
