About the position

The Network Provisioning Engineer will be responsible for managing the migration of Business Partner networks from a legacy environment to a new infrastructure. This role requires in-depth knowledge of network provisioning, Cisco products, WAN connectivity, and security, along with strong interpersonal communication skills. The engineer will collaborate with Network Engineering to develop and implement network configurations, ensuring that the infrastructure meets architectural standards and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the migration of Business Partner networks from legacy to new environments.
  • Partner with Network Engineering to develop and implement network configurations for migration activities.
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and implement complex hardware/software components and tools for network operations.
  • Coordinate with users to determine requirements and review systems under development.
  • Make complex modifications to existing hardware/software to fit specialized needs and configurations.
  • Maintain program libraries and technical documentation.
  • Assist in monitoring project schedules and costs, and coordinate activities of the project team.
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced associates.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of network provisioning and Cisco products.
  • Experience with WAN connectivity and security.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with Cisco Enterprise Route/Switch environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Data, Voice, Security, and Contact Center technologies.
