About the position

The Network Security Engineer role focuses on building and supporting DMZ security solutions within large-scale enterprise datacenters. This position requires collaboration across teams to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to client change management processes. The engineer will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and tools related to network security.

Responsibilities

• Build, Test and Deployment of DMZ security solutions.
• Cross-team co-ordination and collaboration to ensure end to end project delivery.
• Adherence to Client Change Management processes.
• Responsibilities related to updating documentation and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience on building and supporting a suite of routing/switching/Nexus Platform.
• Knowledge on OSPF and BGP and upgrading IOS on routers.
• Good understanding of network infrastructure and network security concepts.
• Proficient in use of SEIM tools for investigation purposes.
• Scripting skills for automation of a Proxy environment.
• Good communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Exposure on spine/leaf architecture and ISR/ASR routers.
