About the position

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to support the NRO in Chantilly, VA. This full-time role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph. The engineer will be responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, and administration of enterprise networking solutions, ensuring robust security measures are in place.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture, design, implementation, and administration for enterprise routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide engineering and design support for Cisco ISE and Forescout solutions.
• Support internal systems integration projects such as cloud-based services, VOIP, virtualization, and server/storage environments.
• Document final enterprise architecture, network diagrams, and security best practices to report to the Director of IT.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior network engineering role.
• Expertise with Cisco ISE, Cisco ASA, Stealth Watch, Firepower, and/or Tetration.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule if needed.
• Cisco related certifications are highly desired.
• Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph Security Clearance required.
