About the position

The Network Security Engineer (Zscalar) role involves managing and optimizing security operations with a focus on Zscaler's offerings. The position requires a deep understanding of both traditional and modern security solutions, particularly in the context of implementing and supporting Zscaler's ZIA and ZPA services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network security, particularly with firewalls, VPNs, and web security solutions, and will be responsible for ensuring adherence to ITSM process frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Zscaler solutions (ZIA/ZPA) for network security.
• Manage and optimize security operations within a structured framework.
• Ensure adherence to ITSM process frameworks including Change, Problem, and Incident management.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership regarding security operations and strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and web security solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience with SSE solutions and Zero Trust frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in communicating with senior leadership.
• Strong understanding and working experience with ITSM process frameworks.
