Sentinel is seeking a Network/Security Support Engineer to join our team. In this role you will need to identify, troubleshoot, escalate and communicate technical issues and resolutions with the customer. You should have a strong technical background, structured & organized approach, and be Customer Service oriented. This is a full-time position that can be remote but must provide occasional support onsite at the Tempe, AZ office location.
