About The Position
The Network Services Technician at Emory University is responsible for supporting and assisting with the installation, activation, and repair of campus voice and data services. This role involves responding to work orders and trouble tickets, performing moves, adds, changes, and installations, and ensuring the functionality of communication services across the campus. The technician will interact with customers and coordinators to clarify work details, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service levels, while also utilizing automated tools for tracking and management.
