About the position

The Network Solutions Architect & Practice Lead at AE Business Solutions is responsible for driving business within the Network practice by providing hands-on technical pre- and post-sale enablement. This role involves building strategy and vision while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The Practice Lead will oversee the execution of the Network Center of Excellence, ensuring alignment with vendor solutions and guiding other Solution Architects to achieve selling success.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the practice go-to market strategy from vendor and solution alignment to ensuring selling success within key accounts.
• Lead client technical and executive audiences as a trusted advisor and implementer for enterprise networking solutions.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of client business and technical priorities, mapping them to AE's offerings.
• Build and maintain value-added relationships within new or existing accounts to become a trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate with account managers and vendor partners on solution validation, proposal generation, and quoting.
• Present solutions and host learning sessions for various audience sizes.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through effective communication and technical expertise.
• Guide other Solution Architects in building their success and knowledge.
• Research new technology trends and develop new service offerings.

Requirements

• Data center experience
• Cloud architecture knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS
• Strong fundamentals in computer networking
• Experience with enterprise network platforms such as HPE-Aruba, Arista, Cisco, or Juniper
• Ability to maintain or obtain relevant certifications in security, network, and cloud domains
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organizational skills and task management capabilities
• Ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively
