Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients, both on-site and remotely, for a variety of IT-related issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.
• Respond promptly to service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive support and solutions.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
