- Provide operational support for Trouble Management, Inventory, and 911 environments.
- Manage patch management and proactive platform management.
- Handle chronic issue management.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance.
- Maintain compliance with Trouble Management, Inventory, and 911 application systems administration best practices.
- Propose and implement system enhancements, including software and hardware updates.
- Install new applications and platforms into the environment.
- Communicate effectively with other organizations.
Requirements
