Performance expectations include the ability to operate under supervision, manage day-to-day operations of systems and networks, and handle Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) products to monitor and remediate system security and performance metrics. The administrator will follow Operations and Maintenance (O&M) checklists to maintain service and develop Tactics, Techniques, and Processes (TTPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to service checklists. Additionally, the role involves operating monitoring tools and capabilities with enterprise security information and event management (SIEM) systems, creating complex event alarms and summary reports, and assisting in analyzing technical risks associated with emerging cybersecurity tools and processes.
