About the position

The position involves providing technical support for software, hardware, and network issues to users at Insurance Administrative Solutions, LLC. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution to all computer users.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems in a call center and infrastructure environment.
  • Communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide one-on-one end-user training as needed.
  • Assist system team members on network and voice-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot network printer problems.
  • Escalate complex end-user problems to vendor maintenance support.
  • Conduct hardware and software inventory database maintenance and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of LAN/WAN and Voice experience.
  • Experience in developing requirements and coordinating projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Some design knowledge.
