About the position

As a Network Voice Senior Engineer at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business operations through advanced contact center technologies and voice over IP (VoIP) solutions. This position is part of Accenture Flex, which offers the flexibility of local, fixed-duration project-based work. You will leverage your expertise in contact center technologies, including UCCE, Recording Server, ACD, Skill Groups, IVR, and CVP, as well as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), to deliver innovative solutions that address the most pressing challenges faced by our clients. Your work will not only involve technical design and implementation but also providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of the contact center environment. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals who are dedicated to driving business transformation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing new features and enhancements, ensuring that our voice solutions are aligned with the latest industry standards and best practices.
