About The Position
The position of Neurologist in Findlay, Ohio, offers a unique opportunity to join a nonprofit, integrated regional health system that serves an eight-county region in Northwest and Central Ohio. The health system is recognized for its comprehensive services, catering to over 4,000 patients daily, and is one of the 45 members of the Mayo Clinic Care Network. This affiliation allows for consultations with Mayo Clinic specialists at no cost to patients, enhancing the quality of care provided. The facility has received numerous accolades, including the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval® and the ACS Surgical Quality Partner 2024, underscoring its commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery. The neurologist will have flexible scheduling options, including part-time or full-time work, with the possibility of working 2-5 days per week, alternating weeks on and off, or 12-10 hour days within a 28-day block. This flexibility is designed to accommodate the needs of the physician while ensuring that patient care remains a top priority. The position also offers various bonuses, including sign-on, quality, relocation, and productivity bonuses, along with loan repayment options to support the financial well-being of the physician. The facility itself is a 150-bed hospital equipped with a 16-bed ICU, an 18-bed CCU, and is designated as a Level III Trauma Center and Level III ODH Heart Care Center. It also features a 25-bed facility with specialty clinics, a 24-hour emergency department, diagnostic services, and outpatient surgery/procedures. The presence of advanced surgical technology, including four da Vinci® Xi Surgical Robots, enhances the capabilities of the surgical team. The integration of Cerner EMR across inpatient and ambulatory settings ensures streamlined patient care and documentation.
