About the position

The Neurology Account Manager at Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a remote position focused on transforming the lives of patients with unmet needs in the neurology field. This role requires a high level of clinical aptitude and empathy, as the manager will establish partnerships with key stakeholders, execute promotional activities, and develop corporate strategies. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and local patient advocacy groups, requiring adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate high performance driven by common values of trust, respect, and commitment to winning the right way.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of key sales enablers in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and epilepsy centers within the local market.
  • Identify and establish relationships with emerging thought leaders and customers, engaging with HCPs effectively.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on ownership and accountability to maximize individual and company goals.
  • Maintain exceptional knowledge of disease state, product, customer, and competitive environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional field leaders to achieve shared business objectives in a compliant manner.
  • Analyze, interpret, and leverage data to develop strategic business plans.
  • Responsible for the financial management of promotional and T&E budgets in compliance with policies.
  • Conduct business in accordance with all regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from a 4-year accredited University or College.
  • Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
  • Successful biotech/pharma product launch experience with a documented track record of exceeding goals.
  • Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated account management skills in an individual contributor role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and integrate it into strategic planning.
  • Outstanding customer relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working within institutions calling on interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Account Management experience preferred.
  • High learning agility and demonstrated scientific acumen.
