Responsibilities

  • Utilize digital tools and data-based insights for business planning and account leadership.
  • Deliver clear and compelling sales messages to customers, addressing their educational needs and objections.
  • Develop comprehensive customer engagement plans across multiple call points.
  • Gather and validate market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities.
  • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues effectively.
  • Adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies during product promotion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales, or related healthcare sales.
  • Ability to score highly on disease and product training exams and maintain annual product knowledge certification.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and outstanding communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key customers and office staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and computer literacy.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience within a specialty product sales force.
  • Prior experience in CNS/neuroscience therapeutic areas in both primary care and specialty settings.
  • Documented successful sales performance, including national sales awards.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated account plans.
  • CNS selling experience and experience in product launches.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales data reporting tools.
  • Previous experience working with alliance partners.
