About the position
This position is for a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Neurosurgeon to join a well-established practice in Rapid City, SD. The role is full-time and permanent, offering the opportunity to work in a top-tier hospital environment that includes a 417-bed regional tertiary care facility and a Level 2 Trauma Center. The practice aims to meet the growing community need for neurosurgical services and is part of a multi-specialty clinic that includes various surgical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Join a practice of 4 neurosurgeons to provide neurosurgical care.
- Participate in surgical procedures and patient management.
- Collaborate with other specialists in a multi-specialty clinic.
- Engage in community outreach and education regarding neurosurgical services.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurosurgery.
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty of neurosurgery is a plus.
