As a New Build Implementation Manager at Optimum, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's new build and market expansion initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial milestones to go-to-market strategies and post-launch sales goals. This position is essential for driving revenue growth by ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively in your assigned area. You will be the key point of contact for communication between various stakeholders, including Business Development, sales teams, regional stakeholders, developers, and builders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project status and delivery timelines. In this role, you will partner closely with assigned business development representatives to track critical project dates, such as joint trench dates and first home dates. Your ability to manage these timelines will be vital in gaining necessary approvals and completing builds within established milestones. You will also be responsible for planning and implementing go-to-market strategies for both pre-release and post-release phases, ensuring that sales tactics are organized and that post-release sell-in activities are tracked and analyzed for success. Your responsibilities will extend to providing vital information to regional operations teams to streamline processes and improve milestone time frames. You will lead research activities and working sessions related to strategic expansion, collaborating with various teams, including B2C and B2B sales, Growth, Procurement, Government Affairs, Legal, and Construction. Additionally, you will work with Business Planning and Area leaders to develop and update ROI models that support new build efforts, coordinate with landlords and business development companies to manage necessary documentation, and seek opportunities for additional revenue generation. You will be expected to prepare and present key performance indicators (KPIs) on New Build activities regularly, including daily, weekly, and monthly updates for executive programs. This role may also involve other duties as assigned, requiring a flexible and proactive approach to your work.
