About the position

Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service is seeking a Sales Representative to follow up on leads and cultivate existing accounts to convert them into new patients. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, managing a pipeline of qualified prospects, and maximizing sales opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of the sales process, with a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and cultivate existing accounts to convert them into new patients.
• Reach out to potential clients to increase participation with events and product subscriptions.
• Qualify cold leads and set appointments with senior sales and marketing staff.
• Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects using the company CRM and perform daily reviews of leads and lead sources.
• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to convert leads to customers.
• Meet daily KPIs and monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of work experience in sales is a must.
• Strong desire to excel in a sales-driven, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in training and development.
• Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
