About the position

The New Business Development role in Personal Lines at HUB International involves managing client insurance programs, particularly for High-Net-Worth clientele. The position focuses on building relationships with clients and insurance carriers, providing coverage reviews, and negotiating favorable terms. The role is integral to expanding HUB's market share in the Personal Lines insurance sector and requires collaboration with Producers and the Vice President.

Responsibilities

  • Contact decision-making individuals of prospective Personal Lines insurance clients to secure interest in HUB services.
  • Schedule new business appointments for HUB Producers to present services and discuss client needs.
  • Quote, negotiate, and propose high-level reviews for prospective HUB clients in the Private Client space.
  • Collaborate with Producers on industry-focused campaigns to broaden HUB's market share.
  • Assist Producers in communicating with prospects via phone and email to facilitate the sales process.

Requirements

  • College degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
