About the position

The New Business Development role in Personal Lines at HUB International involves managing client insurance programs, particularly for High-Net-Worth clientele. The position focuses on building relationships with prospective clients, negotiating insurance coverages, and collaborating with Producers to enhance HUB's market presence. The role is essential for driving new business and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Contact decision-making individuals of prospective Personal Lines insurance clients to secure their interest in HUB services.
  • Schedule new business appointments for HUB Producers to present HUB services and discuss client needs.
  • Quote, negotiate, and propose high-level reviews for prospective HUB clients in the Private Client space.
  • Collaborate with Producers on industry-focused campaigns to expand HUB's market share.
  • Assist Producers in communicating with prospects via phone and email to facilitate the sales process.

Requirements

  • College degree
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
